The story.
Double A Pros was founded in Dallas by a master plumber who'd spent years working for the kind of big-name plumbing outfits that show up four hours late, hand you a quote on the back of a napkin, and then bill you double. He'd had enough of that. So he started his own crew with three rules:
- Show up when you say you'll show up.
- Tell people the price before you start the work.
- Fix what's broken. Don't sell what isn't.
Those three rules are still on the wall in our shop. We've grown from one truck to a full fleet, but the rules haven't moved.
What "truly care" actually means.
It's not just a slogan. We organized the company so every tool is in the same place on every truck, every tech is trained on every job, and every part is stocked before the day starts. The result: faster diagnosis, faster fixes, fewer return visits — and a team that treats your home like their own.
What we won't do.
If you've ever felt steamrolled by a plumber, you know the moves: the technician who appears with a clipboard, the diagnosis that mysteriously balloons into a full repipe, the urgency that conveniently disappears once you say no. We don't operate that way. Ever.
- No commission-based selling. Our techs don't get paid more for upsells.
- No fake urgency. If it can wait, we'll tell you it can wait.
- No "while we're in there." You approve the scope. We stick to it.
